Tango Caribbean Dinner Cruise
Tango sail cat departs Simpson Bay Resort Marina for a unique Caribbean style Dinner Cruise. Dress is as informal as the evening. Enjoy open bar and snacks while sailing the coastline of St Maarten to enjoy the sunset. Tango then returns to Simpson Bay to drop anchor and serve Dinner.
Wednesdays is Dutch / French evening theme Fridays is a Caribbean Buffet Dinner is followed by dessert and Caribbean rhum while music and dancing lead to the evening’s close.
Calypso Dinner Cruise to Marigot
Hop on board Calypso to cruise the calm waters of Simpson Lagoon ... past mega yachts, marinas and beautiful homes in the lowlands. The beautiful lights in the lagoon allow a different view of the trip to Marigot, without the traffic and parking hassles. Calypso delivers guests right to the tables at La Petite Auberge on Marina Royale, to enjoy delicious French cooking at this unique little Bistro.
Sunset sail on Lambada followed by dinner at the Stone restaurant
Appetisers: Cajun marinated tiger shrimp with coconut curry sauce and House Salad OR Vegetarian Spring Rolls with tropical fruit salsa and teriyaki sauce. Entrees: Beef filet, flank steak and duck breast with mushroom and red wine sauce OR Sea scallops, yellow fin tuna and tilapia with coconut curry and red wine sauce OR Beef filet and back tiger shrimp with coconut curry and mushroom sauce (entrees served on a hot stone with seasonal vegetables and choice of yam or truffle puree). Dessert: Flambée banana with a scoop of ice cream
